Artemis Care

Artemis Care is the alert response app for the Artemis system. It delivers alerts to on-shift staff on community-owned iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and Mac devices, so a call button, pull cord or door alert reaches the person who can respond to it. The app is provisioned by the community. Scan the QR code from the Artemis admin console once, pick your work zone, and sign in with your PIN at the start of a shift. WHAT STAFF SEE • Live alerts ordered by priority, with the location and the kind of assistance needed • Accept an alert to tell the rest of the team it is being handled • Escalation when nobody responds, so an alert is never silently dropped • Assistance requests, to call for a second pair of hands • Response time tracking, recorded against the alert you are answering • Do not disturb, for a break without signing out The Apple TV app turns a shared screen into a live alert board. The Mac app does the same on a desktop.
