App is constantly failing, keeps give me bad credentials.  Can’t log on to pay HOa.  Worst app ever

For the past two months I have been trying to login and nothing. Keeps saying wrong password or e-mail address. Never had this much trouble with any other apps.

I can login on a website access but not on the app. The website for our community is not the default I’m assuming, for the app, there fire not allowing access! Very difficult even on the website unless you have the specific address to manually input!  I can not even find an account number to make a HOA dues payment since I have not received a statement either. Extremely frustrated and haven’t even moved in yet!

Just downloaded, successfully logged in and explored the app. Going to the Payments menu link or the green Make a Payment button, results in the Ledger page just hanging with the loading icon.

I have two properties managed by you. One in Twin Lakes and one in Spring Lakes. 
Not being a computer expert I have failed to pay the bills separately and correctly because in my opinion your app is actually pathetic. Can’t do it from my phone. I’ve tried everything I can to get the payments in and just today I got a cruel aggressive letter attacking me in the mail over $20.58. I’m going to do my best to convince Mr Hutson to reconsider using Artemis as the management company. Thank you. John Zeigler

Fixed multiple issues with Dynamic Forms in draft Architectural Requests on mobile, including broken checkbox selection, incorrect radio button display, and form fields not saving when navigating back.
Fixed a bug allowing users to post comments in the mobile app on community events where commenting had been disabled via the web portal.
Improved draft Architectural Request behavior on mobile so that reopening a draft correctly restores all steps, form data, and uploaded documents without data loss or incorrect step counts.
Restored the ability for managers and homeowners to tap on Work Orders in the mobile app and view a full detail view, which had previously stopped responding.
