UI navigation is like a maze. Tells me not connected to Internet when I am freely watching YouTube I’m having extreme difficulty booking appointments. These people run it like a play zone assuming clients will wait whiling their time around PLAYING in a hospital. Don’t get duped into aggregating your data in the app! ### 1/5 — Payment is deducted and appointment is not confirmed. *2019-02-11* The app deducts the payment from the account but does not generate an appointment. Now multiple family members are linked to my mobile . I am not able to login via mobile otp , it asks for Uuhid. I wanted to login to app to know my UUHID. No diagnostic reports are uploaded on time, and we need to chase the nurse multiple times. They have made some shift and the current one is such a pain to add a family member, take appointments. On top of it feels like a webview inside app. The previous one was good. Please help ### 2/5 — New version not good *2025-09-30* The earlier version of the app was much better. It was easier to navigate n functions worked. With the new version- family members added earlier have been removed, need to add them again and then the app is not able to search for state or city and did not let me save. All old records are no longer visible, even though there is an option of “history” but 80% of details are not visible.
