Suddenly started crashing though whenever I try to open a specific area “Chelsea” for example. Downloaded the new art guide app for NY but it doesn’t offer the map feature. Not sure what’s going on?? Once you leave that screen you saved shows don’t save to your list. I prefer it to the alternative, SeeSaw, because of the ability to select the galleries on your desktop and have it sync to your phone. However, now there’s a bug: on both my iPhone and iPad, running the latest version and the most recent operating system, it will not sync my account although it does log in. It returns an error message: “Please check your internet connectivity” although every other aspect of the app works. I hope they fix this soon. **Developer response:** Thank you for your review! We have fixed the syncing issue on our new version. ### 1/5 — Glitch that makes it almost worthless *2019-03-20, version 4.1* Over the last month, have reviewed it as I always do and use the MY GUIDE option. Can spend 10-15 minutes creating a list. A day later, 90% of MY GUIDE (but not all of them) were gone. Annoyed but not giving up, did it again, but sure enough happened again. I am not hitting “clear” either. Something is wrong in which they don’t save your My Guide. That’s the only reason why I use the app. If that matters to you, then don’t waste your time with it. I’m deleting it off my phone. I was able to see a ton of galleries as the app is very thorough with their listings. Additionally the map feature made navigating all the little streets with tucked away galleries easy to find. I highly recommend it when trekking around and discovering galleries in new cities.
