I don’t see any place to get a hold of someone to help with my password issue. **Developer response:** Hi Shayzima! Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you have been having issues with the app. We have since sent a new build that should correct any issues you were having. ### 1/5 — Account Stopped working *2025-07-31* I am a Student of Arti and was working on my Utah Real Estate license, until at about 30%, and countless hours. My account froze and hasn’t let me log back in. No customer support, if you go to their customer support page on their website, there are no links, emails, or contacts for help. I have spent tens of hours(~80) already from this course, as well as taking my time pausing and jotting good notes. Good app until they have 0 structure and support for any problems. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. However, it logs me out every time I close the app, then when I enter my username and password (which I know are correct), I get a pop up message saying “Login failed!”. It’s extremely irritating. Last night I had to change my password in order to sign in, and if I have to do that every time I want to sign in it’s not worth using. **Developer response:** Hi Ashheis, this was fixed a while ago but wanted to let you know. Thanks! ### 1/5 — Freezes up my iPad *2023-02-02* The iPad app freezes up my iPad during lessons, if I go from portrait to landscape or visa-versa. I must hard reboot iPad to get it back working again. **Developer response:** Hi Orthel! Please make sure you are using the latest app version. It looks like you are on 52. The current version is 55. ### 2/5 — You Get What You Pay For *2022-07-06* You get what you pay for with this app. It’s free, and surprisingly well down programming wise, but the blonde woman that “teaches” makes me wish I spent $2000 on courses and practice tests instead. The lectures feel cheesy, with too many jokes thrown into the mix in attempts to make it funny and engaging for young adult audiences. Feels like when your parents try to quote memes to be the “cool mom/dad.” It was distracting. Overall it teaches you the basics you need to technically pass. TECHNICALLY. (You’ll probably pass by the skin of your teeth at 70%.) However, unless you dedicate hours to studying and fact-checking what they have on the site on top of the 120 hours you need to be licensed, don’t expect to pass. I’ve caught multiple mistakes on their end of certain definitions for vocab being mixed up with others, or concepts being explained incorrectly. Just double check what you’re learning, do your research and study. Overall, it’s ok. Good even. Worthy of 4 stars if it weren’t so boring. I feel like the required 120 hours could be cut in half with this course with the unnecessary chatting and filler. Final opinion: it’s great if you’re broke. I definitely recommend for college kids or high school graduates who don’t have much pocket change. Probably the best free course you could get. It teaches what you need to know (somewhat) and the app is easy to navigate, and it gives you practice quizzes which is nice. But, if you have the money to spend, I would recommend paying for higher quality speakers and teachers. I ended up having to purchase a textbook and a Realtors Dictionary from another school to cross check my info. So even though it’s free I ended up having to buy $60 in additional material anyways to feel comfortable enough to pass. I’ll reevaluate my rating when I take my exam and see if I pass. If I fail, I’ll update that here. If I pass, I’ll also update and change to 4 stars. **Developer response:** Thanks for taking ARTI Academics...Wow that really cut to the core! It sounds like you may need to check your sources... We put our educators, instructors, and platform against anyone. In fact, we're the only real estate school with a native mobile app, personalized coaches, and have the highest pass rate of any real estate school in the State of Utah. ### 5/5 — ARTI Academics keeps getting better! *2023-06-07* Just when I thought this FREE real estate school couldn’t get any better, I find the mobile app. ARTI has made it so easy to take classes on the go.
