You have to pay before it will do anything. I’m all about people getting paid for their efforts, but if I can’t see it actually operate, I’m not coming off the hip with any funds. I really didn't like that it took so long it would take anywhere from 2 minutes to 15 minutes just for one image. You can't open any other apps or anything otherwise you have to start from the beginning **Developer response:** Hello! Thank you for thr feedback. If you want to create an avatar, you can switch between apps, but you need to wait for the estimated time of the operation to appear on the screen. When you start the process, a message will ask you not to close the application, as the operation will be lost. Once the estimate appears, you can minimize the application and use other apps. For other generation processes, we do not recommend minimizing or closing the app in order not to lose results. ### 1/5 — Do not download SCAM *2024-04-27* Upon downloading 3 day free trial they immediately charged me $10. Which wasn’t supposed to go through for 3 days. Even that it was only $6. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! **Developer response:** Hello there! I then cancelled this subscription because I thought for the amount of money compared to what the finished product is.. it’s not worth 39.99, I cancelled the subscription. Just checked my account and the money was taken out of my account! What a joke. I can get results in less than a minute with Dall-E and other free apps. This is definitely not worth it, on many levels. Yet, what I found was a restrictive, politically biased platform that shamelessly promotes its leftist agenda while censoring any viewpoints that don’t conform to its propaganda. For context, I requested a simple image: an umbrella colored like the US flag with the words “America First.” A straightforward design, right? Wrong. Artica AI’s response was a sterile and almost condescending message: “Unable to generate due to inappropriate content.” Inappropriate? Since when is expressing patriotic pride “inappropriate”? ChatGPT FREE SERVICE had no issues with the prompt, which shows that Artica AI is operating on an entirely different plane of political bias. **Developer response:** Hello, thefordz1! The first go at creating my own avatar within the app was excessively long - over an hour. While waiting for the results, the app had little pop up messages that promised only the first try would take so long. It claimed that once my photos were uploaded and initial avatars made, subsequent versions would be quick. Not true - although they were much faster, it still takes the app anywhere from 2-5 minutes to create a new one. I also wasn’t really impressed with the results I got (1st or other times)…the avatars slightly resembled me but they definitely didn’t look like me enough to use on social media. Instead, they seemed like an idealized version of me if I was younger or Asian or had plastic surgery.
