Articheck is a kitchen team-management tool that replaces paper lists, chat photos and mental chaos. The head chef creates a team, cooks join with a single code — and the whole prep runs in real time across every device. REAL-TIME PREP LISTS Build prep lists for every kitchen section. When someone checks off a task, everyone sees it instantly. Daily lists are generated automatically, and persistent tasks carry over to the next day. CHECKLISTS & "ENOUGH / TO DO" CHECKS Opening and closing checklists, HACCP-style checks, and quick "we have enough / needs work" decisions right on the item. SHIFT SCHEDULING Plan shifts by section and position, track coverage and time off, handle swaps and vacations. Export the schedule to PDF. RECIPES A shared team recipe library with ingredients, steps, servings and a photo — always at hand on every device. EVENTS & CATERING Plan caterings and special events with tasks and portions the team checks off together. Less confusion, more clarity — so the team can focus on cooking. ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 3.36 — 2026-09-07 • The app icon badge now shows how many things are actually waiting — requests, new events and schedule changes • A new event gets a dot; it clears once you open it • With two or more updates you can mark them all read at once • The schedule points out the month that changed • Smaller display fixes and better recovery after a dropped connection ### 3.35 — 2026-09-01 Requests now live in one place. Cover, section swap, day swap and time off share a single inbox, and the number on the bell matches what is actually in it. Day swap shows which day you give and which one you get. The buttons sit right at your shift in the schedule instead of somewhere else. Tapping a notification opens the request it refers to. Event history now records note changes too. Completed events older than a month are cleaned up automatically. ### 3.34 — 2026-08-25 Dish categories • Sort dishes into your own categories and filter the library by them. • Both head chef and sous chef manage categories in Settings. • When creating an event, pick a category first, then the dish — faster in a long library. Claude AI • Switching to another app during a reply no longer throws the work away. Shorter replies finish in the background, longer ones continue smoothly when you return. ### 3.33 — 2026-08-12 • Event history now shows exactly what changed — the date, location or guest count, not just that someone edited the event. • The AI assistant replies in the language set in the app. • HACCP CSV export opens correctly in Excel, including temperature ranges. • Saving your name in the profile is confirmed only once the change has actually been stored. • Recipe and profile photos are accessible only to members of your team. ### 3.32 — 2026-08-11 New Team activity screen: the head chef and sous chef can see what each team member completed and when — prep tasks, checklist and HACCP records. History now follows the app language. If you use Czech or English, you will no longer see Slovak text there. Dishes and Menus are now available to the head chef and sous chef (same as Suppliers). Cooks will no longer find them under More. Faster startup and smoother scrolling in recipes. Timers are more reliable — they keep running and ring even if you switch to another tab.
