The video explaining it does not play. The words to drill were limited. Games were not worked in but just used as a reward and seemed to have limited purpose. ### 2/5 — Cool concept but cumbersome app *2021-04-02* Like the idea, not user friendly for non professionals ### 2/5 — Bummer *2017-01-23* I'm pretty bummed I spent over $20 on this app. The Articulation work part is great but I bought it because I had hopes it would have games to motivate the kids. I already own Articulation Station. The games are "boring". My kids of all ages don't like them (preschool - 3rd Grade). They don't make a lot of sense. When throwing darts you can't actually aim. It flies off into nowhere. Feeling very disappointed😕 ### 3/5 — Suggestion *2017-08-27* I use this app with a lot of my kids, but the games make no sense. The only one with a timer is the basketball game. I like that the duck hunt and dart game give prizes, but there is no timer and the games will not automatically shut down like the basketball game does. And the darts go in random directions! As for the hammer game, the metals appear randomly and don't accumulate like the prizes or the basketball count. And it doesn't have a timer or shut down automatically. Could you please tweak the games so they are more appealing to kids? ### 3/5 — Pretty good but *2014-11-10* App loses sound when games are being played. ### 3/5 — Flashcards *2014-05-27* Articulation Carnival is a great application for working on articulation drills. Therapists can select multiple phonemes, specific placement in the words, and if the target is to be practiced at the word, phrase, or sentence level. The downside I found to this app was the inability to mix targets of different phonemes or locations within a word. Data tracking is easy with correct, approximations, and incorrect markers, as well as fun carnival themed games earned after so many correct words. There is also a recording feature within the app. Settings allow for customization of the app. ### 4/5 — Great idea! *2015-04-20* This app is a wonderful app for entertaining my students and getting their attention. I love that you can email data a d customize for each child. The cons seem to be the inability to remove students or edit names that you may typo on as well as the inability to work on phonological processes. I would also love it if it had say, ing..
