The kids love it and it is very easy to use. I love that you can customize the word lists to select target words you want/don’t want. Once you click “Done”, there needs to be a way to click back to session screen. One reason is that I have some students who become frustrated by seeing scores other than a green check and I would like the option to record and score later. And sometimes I just hit “Done” by mistake! Also, when they see me mark it as almost or wrong, that in and of itself is a cue that they did not produce it correctly and many of my goals are written for the “no cues” level. Please help me. My Mac IS running on a silicon-based chip, I have used articulation station hive on my computer for many years so I know it is compatible, and it says there are no updates. I don’t need to do any prep. I also love the variety of activities: sound discrimination, phrase level, sentence level, and conversation level activities. Also getting “need iOS 15 or later” error message and I have iOS 16.7. So now I cannot access the app at all and I have already paid $120 subscription fee for this year. Shameful I would need to continue to use my earnings to pay for countless subscriptions to access materials. No absolutely not. Reactivate my previous purchase and give me my materials back. This app has been such a fantastic tool to easily whip out when it’s time to practice at home (or on the go, which is convenient and so helpful)! It is so easy to navigate — it provides words/sentences/pictures/sounds so I don’t have to think of them and allows for a clear path of progression (starting with individual sounds and working its way to conversation). My frugal husband is even willing to pay for it because it’s been so easy to use and so helpful for our son! He is going to graduate from speech therapy in just six weeks! I am really impressed with how many activities there are and how it progresses smoothly from sound level and beyond. Really well-thought out and put together. Easy to use too. I will be using more and recommending to others. It has kept all the good features of the previous Articulation Station App but developed a much wider range of useful information and excellent tasks. I love the minimal pairs activities. This will save me hours of work thinking of these! They have also included vowels too which are often really tricky to find resources and pictures for. This is a great inclusion. I also really rate how it has now gone beyond sentences with scenes to look at and describe as well as generating thought-provoking questions for conversation. Just brilliant. Definitely worth getting. I will certainly be recommending to parents and staff in schools. The artwork is so cute and appealing, and the app is incredibly easy to use—it’s intuitive enough that I can jump right in with students without a long setup. I love the wide variety of articulation targets, and the option to change the background theme adds an extra layer of fun that keeps kids engaged. One of my favorite features is the ability to record students’ voices so they can listen to themselves and track their progress. The app also offers multiple levels of practice, from sounds in isolation to conversation and even reading, which makes it perfect for tailoring activities to each child’s needs. My students absolutely love using it, and it’s so convenient to carry my iPad around the school and work with kids wherever I need to. I also love that you can filter by specific sounds and position, or I can mix them to increase difficulty.
