ArtikPix is an engaging articulation app with flashcard and matching activities for children with speech sound delays. Among the many features in ArtikPix, group scoring is available with an unlimited number of students per group in the flashcard and matching activities. Scores can be collected as students practice sounds in words and sentences. Utilizing fun and modern graphics, ArtikPix is a free application offering the 'b' deck with 23 additional decks available as In App Purchases: ch, d, f, g, h, j, k, l, l-blends, m, n, p, r, r-blends, s, s-blends, sh, t, th, v, w, y, z. ArtikPix has a total possible 24 decks with 40 cards each (113 cards in r deck, 1,033 total cards). As part of a step-by-step process, decks and corresponding sound positions are configured for student profiles. The configurations are saved for each student, so they are automatically available in the activities. In ArtikPix, the flashcard and matching activities have features in common like audio and video recording, default audio, and group scoring. The activities do have differences, though. The flashcard activity includes word and sentence levels; whereas, the matching activity includes the word level with 3 matching levels: Easy (3 pairs), Medium (6 pairs), and Hard (10 pairs). ArtikPix includes the following features: • Group scoring for an unlimited number of students

I am not loving this update at all. Actually this update seems more like an entirely new app. I think it would have been much better to launch this as a new app that could somehow be an add on to the old version if people wanted. Or maybe purchase as a new app. I purchased the previous version because of the simplicity and ease of use. I have lots of students who practice on their own using the old version and that is not really possible with this app. It's cumbersome and frustrating and not at all user friendly. I really really hope to have the old version back!!! This definitely is not an app I will recommend. I do see the benefit to some of the things on the new version but I wish it was a choice to use it the way it is currently set up. ### 1/5 — Slp *2016-03-28, version 2.51* Buyer beware! This app crashed and customer service has not responded despite repeated attempts on my part. The download was incomplete and I now have only four of the entire bundle?!?!? I sent the request for the tech support and after a week I have NO REPLY!!!!! This is a customer satisfaction business ladies and gentlemen and if your app doesn't fully download EVERY TIME your backend developer has some explaining to do--- or they need to have an alternate download correction for when this happens. ### 1/5 — In app purchase doesn't work *2014-02-14, version 2.51* I bought the k sound in the app. But it never gave me that letter. Why? ### 4/5 — Liz *2013-04-11, version 2.4* I really love this app. However, ever since the new update the program crashes whenever I try to save a students scores, and it is rather cumbersome to record data manually. ### 3/5 — Phrases, sentences and stories, oh my! *2013-02-26, version 2.3.1* I like the barebones aspect of the app unlike the other color friendly artic app. However, I have yet to find the option (at least with the free sounds) to put sounds into phrases, sentences and/or paragraphs (short stories). Doesn't work to well with my readers who need to carry over their skills to the sentence and short story level. Decent App Though!!! ### 1/5 — Purchased decks don't show up *2012-10-24, version 2.3.1* I am a SLP and got the free version of this app as I only needed certain articulation targets. When I went to purchase the extra targets the app charged me 5.99 and it never showed up in the app for me to use. What a waste of money!
