## What is Artios?

You can keep one strand strong while another quietly starves — and never notice until the cord gives. A strong body and a starved spirit, or the reverse. Burnout wearing the costume of discipline. A cord does not snap at its strongest point; it gives at the strand no one was watching.

• Trends — the pattern shows itself over a week or two. Sparklines for each strand, the weakest surfaced by name, and a gentle dip alert when one runs low.
• The weekly Cord Reading — an AI read on your week: the pattern, what your notes reveal, and one practice for the week ahead. Tied to your numbers, not a template.
• Goals — one small practice at a time, for the strand that needs tending. Guided 30-day tracks and weekly check-ins keep it honest without turning it into a grind.
• Resources — ideas for each strand when you know which one needs tending but are not sure where to start.
• AI coaching tied to your own numbers and notes — no scoreboards, no comparisons. It works with the week you actually had.
