I pay yearly however it won’t connect and I click to restore purchases and it just spins forever. Please fix this. and before you ask, yes, I did try deleting the app and regretting it. The app has a versatile selection of edits and overlays to choose from but it often freezes, glitches, or does not save. The only way to fix it is to redownload the app which becomes annoying. It isn’t recognizing my subscription. I deleted the app and reinstalled with the same problem. When I attempt to “restore” it just gets stuck in a processing mode. I tried to contact them on the app and it keeps showing “failed to send” message. ### 1/5 — Bug. *2023-09-16, version 1.2.8* Not an effective app. There are a lot of bugs. ### 1/5 — 3+ yrs, no good anymore *2023-07-26* I was a huge fan until the recent renewal. It bugged out. I deleted and tried to reset and it’s saying I never paid the renewal, and yet I see the charge off iTunes and my account. When I try to hit restore purchase it just stays stuck on a thinking wheel and nothing happens (waited 30 mins for it to load and then it glitched). I’ve been at this for over a week. Now nearly everything is “premium only” and even when I make a layout or edit a picture it doesn’t even save the picture properly now. I get a corner of the picture and it never fixes itself. It’s more of a hassle and headache now and I’m deleting it. I tried the 3 day trial, I than canceled monthly subscription option because I didn't want to forget and get charged.
