### 3/5 — Need to improve the platform.

I have been taking classes in Hindi devotional music for last two months. I am new in learning singing and I am facing a few issues. 
First of all they did not have any practice videos when I started which was a big drawback. I was never given instructions on what should be my daily practice routine. They have updated the app now and it does have practice regiments. But there is nothing for beginners who are singing in lower scales like G, G#, A, & A#. The practice scale begins from C. Why is that? We are paying the same amount as anyone who is singing in a higher scale so we should be given the same tools. That is a big drawback for me or anyone who has a lower scale. 
Number two, I feel that they give their teachers way too many classes in one day. They are teaching up to 10 students back to back or sometimes even more,  so I feel like I am in an assembly line. They do not really give as much personalized attention or focus on our individual needs. Just saying to keep practicing is not of much help. One needs to know tips for effective practice to improve. I do not blame the teachers because it is humanly not possible for somebody to be engaged 12 to 14 hours a day non-stop. 
It is a decent program, but needs improvement.

It was first class and beautiful and I am happy with my performance. I felt like I ll do more better nd better and today is my last class and felt sad to leave my ma’am Subhashree.. God bless her very abundant of happiness and health nd wealth

I liked the concept and teachers are amazing but the app is bad , many a times the audio vanishes, video will freeze, after setting up tanpura going back to the class screen is sometimes impossible . Its not intuitive at all.We would like to continue the class but because of the bad application experience we have decided to not .
