### 4/5 — 聞きやすいガイド＆AIガイドだから出来る楽しみ方を教えてほしい

ガイドとして基本的な情報は押さえていて聞きやすい。展覧会によっては単調に聞こえる場合もあるかも。そして通常の音声ガイドではなく「AIガイド」なのだからAIならでは楽しみ方をナビゲートがあるともっと楽しめるのでは。最初の設定についてもっと自由度を設けてほしい。
ちなみに、子供向けガイドを外国語設定で聞くと、語学の勉強になりました。

全体的に温かく親しみやすい語り口で、作品に対する興味や好奇心を引き出してくれました。作品紹介も簡潔で分かりやすく、情報量が多すぎないため、自分なりに作品について考えたり、さらに知りたいと思える内容でした。

使いやすいし、展覧会のマップから作品を探してガイドを再生できるから便利。

チャット機能が、展覧会の範囲でしか応えてくれないのが今後の課題かな。

率直に言ってクソアプリ。展示の音声ガイドを聞きたいだけなのに、ダウンロードを強いられ、登録を強いられ、使い勝手も押し付けがましくて気分悪い。アプリも悪いが、これを強要する美術館にも問題がある。どことは言えないが森美術館館には自省を求める。

私たちの意図は、アプリのダウンロードや登録を強いることではなく、より快適で安定した鑑賞体験をお届けすることでした。現時点では、アプリ版のほうがWeb版よりも音声再生やAI機能をスムーズかつ安定してご利用いただけるため、アプリでの体験を優先してご案内しておりました。
しかし、その理由や意図が十分に伝わらず、結果として押し付けがましく感じさせてしまったことを、重く受け止めております。今後は、より自然で分かりやすい導線へ改善してまいります。
