And I followed the guidelines. Thought I could login on my iPhone with my online UN & PW. No! I had to pay another $8.00 a month, then another $4.00 a month. Now I’m into this POS $1,000.00. OK. Money’s important but more important is performance. Artlist.io is supposed to be the BOM, right. So, I try to turn an image into video and it Bombs! Error message. Says server is to busy! I try four more times. WTF! Decide to have Grok do it. It does no problem. Not great, not bad. But better than an error message after sending a grand for this POS! Buyer Beware!! ### 1/5 — Scam practices *2026-08-23* I got the site online where I paid for it no free trial. Now I want to add it to my iPad where my Apple ID is different than my email account and it will not allow me to add it under my email account. I have to do a free trial and figure out how to do this in 7 or cancel it all and work on line only. It is only making videos of 4 seconds . It works with my projects with ease! ### 4/5 — Garbage - Can’t Follow Prompts *2026-07-18* I’ve used a few different generative apps, and this one repeatedly ignored my very precise prompts. I uploaded product pictures and the app actually changed them to something else. Truly disappointing. I tried it for one day and showed them the problem and they would not refund me. Try something better. ### 2/5 — Existing user *2026-07-29* This web based version on my phone and app are extremely convoluted and difficult to navigate. They offer too many features without making it easy for the user to actually navigate to the task THEY want to create. The app offers too many suggestions and is frustrating for a user who already has a vision in mind. The app also does not allow for sign in, as l already purchased a subscription on the web. The web version on mobile is extremely difficult to use in terms of being able to select and navigate the tools without having to reset the entire project. OR it seems intentionally aligned to "accidentally" hit generate, wasting credits on something you actually did not want created. Please work on flow and ease of use. Allow the creators to specify a task and support their vision. Stop promoting everything the app can do all at once on every section. Your drop downs and navigation are not well situated and are very vague . The mobile web design is poor. Perhaps the desktop/laptop versions are easier to navigate more clearly... I haven't tried yet to be fair. I'm honestly regretting my purchase. Sadly, I know the tools are available to get the work done but I have WASTED so much time just trying to get tasks started. ### 2/5 — Terrible all *2026-06-29* Won’t let me log into an existing account, says it’s 7.99 per week then tries to charge 9.99 per week.
