## What is Artlog?

Point your iPhone at a painting and Artlog tells you what it is and the story behind it.

SCAN A PAINTING
• Identify paintings from major museum collections with your camera, or import a photo.
• See the title, artist, date, medium and museum.
• Read About this work, written by AI from museum records and Wikipedia, with numbered sources you can open.
• Listen to an audio guide in an AI-generated voice, with a transcript.

KEEP A RECORD
• Save artworks to your collection along with your photos.
• Artworks you save at a museum are grouped into a visit, and every museum you visit appears on your globe.
• Arrange your favorites on your wall.
• Add the Saved paintings widget to your Home Screen.

FIND SHOWS
• Explore current and upcoming exhibitions at museums near you.
• Save shows to Want to see and get a reminder when one opens or is about to close.

SHARE WITH FRIENDS
• Add friends, post your visits, and like and comment on theirs.
• Choose who sees each visit: only you, friends or everyone.

No account needed: scanning, your collection, audio guides and Explore all work without signing in. Sign in with Apple or Google to add friends and share visits.

• The visit Live Activity is easier to read and shows up to three artworks.
• The shutter is centered on iPhone Duo, plus keyboard and scrolling fixes.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-10-28

• Artlog now works in landscape, and on iPhone Duo.
• Search for museums and exhibitions, and see each one on a map.
• Explore shows every current exhibition, nearest first, including museums just across a region's border.
• Tap the location on a visit post to open that museum.
• Smoother wall scrolling, new animations and haptics, and an artwork story's sources gathered in one sheet.
