## What is Artover RentPro?

Artover RentPro is the operations app for rental companies: cars, scooters, boats, bikes and equipment. Your team runs the day from a phone or an iPad, at the counter, in the yard or at the airport.

PICKUPS AND RETURNS
• Guided handover: odometer, fuel or charge, checklist, photos, damage, signature
• Pickup damage shown next to the return, so new damage is obvious
• Extra charges and the vehicle's next status recorded at return
• The customer signs on the screen

WORKS OFFLINE
• Finish an inspection with no signal; it syncs when you are back online
• Photos are kept safely on the device until they are uploaded

SCAN INSTEAD OF TYPING
• Point the camera at a number plate or an asset QR code to open the vehicle
• Scan a customer's ID or licence to fill in their document details

BOOKINGS AND CALENDAR
• Today's pickups and returns at a glance
• Create a booking with live availability and pricing
• Calendar, reservations, customers and fleet in your pocket
• Record payments and deposits

INBOX
• Answer customers' WhatsApp messages from the app
• Push notifications for new bookings and overdue returns

BUILT FOR IPAD
• Sidebar navigation and list-and-detail layouts in portrait and landscape
• Split View and Stage Manager supported
