This app constantly had issues uploading images and regularly crashed. iPad version was even worse. They changed something and now it’s somehow even worse. Now you have to allow access to your entire photo library in order to upload images. When I reached out for assistance this was the only solution offered that solved image upload issues. This should not be necessary.

Using a different app now that is all around better and doesn’t require unrestricted access to your entire iPhone photo library. 

There are other apps out there that are better.

We update and track any issues with Artrooms daily so we’re not sure what caused what you refer to as crashes and we would definitely like to know more details about what you experienced. 

A user can experience app glitches on any app for a variety of reasons. Sometimes it’s an iOS system that needs updating on the device the user is using or the user needs to update their app. If you’d like to email us we can give you specific suggestions for your particular device.

If it helps put your mind at ease, no matter the photo setting Artrooms only accesses the images you select to add to the app and never stores any  images so they are very safe. We don’t know if updating your iOS or app version may have helped in your particular situation but it is also worth a try. 

We haven’t made any changes to the functionality for images in many years. 
Our aim is  to make Artrooms fast and easy to use.

I’ve found Artrooms app to be very user-friendly, and it helps me create beautiful social media posts featuring my artwork. These posts are consistently the most popular with my followers!

This app consistently offers blurry images & lines throughout the art. My paintings are professionally photographed prior to me uploading to ArtRooms. A friend who is an IT engineer said it’s likely an in-app issue. I ended my subscription.

I’m in the Pacific Northwest near Idaho and there are a lot of art buyers who want art that represents the wildlife and terrain in our area. Unfortunately there are only a few rooms for superimposing my art that have that woodsy, rustic lodge feel. Please add more rooms that aren’t so modern, especially living rooms.
