It has been an incredible learning tool for my students and I. We use their online portfolios as a summative assessment of their growth. Families love being able to see their children’s art, and read what they write about it. My students love the talk to text feature for writing artist statements. I have been able to purchase art supplies through the fundraising portion, which I’m very thankful for. Artsonia Customer Support is always very helpful, available and do periodic helpful updates. If there’s one thing I’d like to see in the future is for the app to support emojis in the titles/statements because students like to communicate through symbols. I have purchased merchandise for my family, and have always been happy with the quality and price. If there is ever an uploading problem it is always my wifi connection, not the app. This is easy to use and so streamlined that I can upload, select student, crop and publish quickly. With little space for anything, Artsonia is the only way I can do my portfolio standards. Mike wazowski appeared on my dead body and made the entire class die of cancer and turn into furries and we all started eating glue sticks and ripped up the entire building. The site becomes a digital portfolio for students that shows their development through the years and is easily transferred when they move to a new school. The gift shop items are great quality; only once in 19 years has a parent complained about a problem, and Artsonia took care of it immediately.
