As a professional artist, I’m always looking for ways to stay organized while managing the many responsibilities that come with running a creative practice. The artwOOrk app has been an absolute game changer for me.

What makes this app stand out is how comprehensive it is. It allows me to organize projects, manage commissions, track material expenses, and keep receipts for tax purposes ( a huge life saving ) all in one place. Having everything centralized makes a huge difference in keeping my work and finances organized.

I also really appreciate the professional tools included in the app. The AI pricing generator helps estimate fair compensation based on my professional level, and the contract agreement generator and invoice features make handling the business side of my practice much easier. The CV builder is more basic which works for me, grant and opportunity tracker are incredibly useful for keeping my career development organized.

Another feature I love is the inspiration board, which helps me visually organize ideas for projects. The built-in timer that tracks my working hours is also extremely helpful for understanding how much time I invest in each piece or commission.

What I appreciate most is that everything is in one place. It genuinely feels like having a personal assistant helping with organization and bookkeeping. For artists balancing creative work with administrative tasks, this is incredibly valuable.
