Ich habe diese App heute geladen, d.h. als Jahresabo gekauft, aber sie funktioniert nicht auf meinem iPhone14. 
Es hat sich dauerhaft (mehr als 1 Stunde) der Kreis in der Mitte vom Bildschirm gedreht. Dann habe ich die App gelöscht und es nochmal versucht. Das gleiche Ergebnis. 
Ich brauche Hilfe!

Snap a photo and it spins and spins with no results.   I want my money back.

Every painting I’ve submitted has been identified incorrectly. Don’t be tempted….. it’s more accurate to do a simple Google search describing the image by content e.g. 3 cows in a fields, rainbow, storm cloud.

Tried this app and it did not work. Took a pic (several times) and it just kept spinning. The app did not proceed to the next screen to tell me the artist. I had to crash the app, delete it and reinstall and try again. Did this several times.

Don’t make the mistake of purchasing this app, it’s terrrible. I was hoping this app would identify the artist of paintings, however, it couldn’t tell me any information, even with the signatures of the artist visible in the picture. I waste my money here!
