The implementation was terrible and we could not use our headphones to listen to the audio litterally the only need for the app. Could rewrite this app in 1 day - it’s outrageous to charge 7 euros for this ### 1/5 — Do not use *2024-05-24, version 4.0.0054* Alcazar of Seville - paid 6 euro for the tour and the app doesn’t work with head phones! Tried everything to try and get it to work with headphones and it doesn’t. Waste of money on the tour. The plaques have the same information. The plaque information is just read out to you. No refund at the Alcazar in Seville. After some complaining an American woman got staff to give her one of their handsets with headphones but the staff member who helped her didn’t even permit me to pay for a headset. Had to walk through the palace with my phone to my ear so not to disturb everyone else then couldn’t see the images it was displaying. Just use the onsite guides!! The WiFi is only available at the counter / store and so that does not help. Had to get their device to listen to the audio. All the tech glitches aside, the quality of audio narrative is mediocre. Additionally, the lack of physical signage in terms of how to proceed (which is an issue with most Spanish tourist sites) makes self-guided tours a bit of a hassle.
