Non ho mai voluto recensire nulla nella speranza che prima o poi venissero inserite queste funzioni basilari, ovvero 
1) reperire le mail/pec dai contatti (non lo fa mai, solo con alcuni indirizzi, e ho attivo accesso completo ai contatti)
2) inserimento di più allegati insieme (dalla stessa cartella peraltro) (non è possibile farlo uno alla volta dai)

Se lo fate, siete fregati. Non c’è modo di ripristinare l’app sul nuovo telefono e si é costretti a contattare l’assistenza. L’assistenza non scrive email di risposta, ma chiama da numeri anonimi e se non rispondi, atteso che si ricevono telefonate di promozioni ad ogni ora, resti fregato perché ti tocca attendere il nuovo contatto. Se questo andazzo dovesse continuare, mi rivolgerò ad altre app di OTP e pec.

Ho appena ricevimento la comunicazione che a breve lo SPID ARUBA sarà a pagamento. Peccato mi trovavo bene, ma non spendo altri soldi (ho già la quota per la pec con loro) quando si trovano altri fornitori che danno il servizio gratuitamente.

In un mondo dove lo standard TOTP esiste ed è maturo da anni, pretendere l’installazione e l’uso di una ulteriore app come autenticatore OTP è scomodo ed anacronistico. E già che hai la tua app privata almeno puoi autenticare con una notifica push, come le banche, vero? No, nemmeno quello.

Ok probabilmente l’app fa anche altre cose (che io non uso) ma minimo dovreste consentire agli utenti di usare altri autenticatori TOTP se lo desiderano per quella specifica funzione. E magari per chi usa la vostra app aggiungere l’MFA con notifiche push.

Devo usare lo SPID di secondo livello ma avendo cambiato telefono non riesco a generare il codice OTP. Per registrare il nuovo cellulare ho bisogno della prima parte del codice d’emergenza ma pur seguendo la procedura scrupolosamente mi arriva una mail dove dovrebbe restaci la prima parte ma non c’è!!’ 
Alla fine ho risolto grazie a forum online ma resta il fatto che l’assistenza lascia molto ma molto a desiderare.

Noto che molte recensioni sono vecchissime, l’app ora è matura e offre tutte le funzionalità che ci si aspetta da questa categoria di applicazione, manca solo la notifica push ma non è così fondamentale, sblocco con touch/face id sono invece presenti

Uso la app da diversi anni con soddisfazione.
Avendo appena cambiato telefono ho fatto una triste scoperta: non si possono più mettere account abbinati a codici fiscali diversi…
Bel problema!
Non penso di essere l’unica persona che gestisce lo SPID di parenti anziani che usano il cellulare (quindi hanno numeri di telefoni diversi) ma non sono in grado di usare token, SPID, e portali vari.
Vi prego trovate un modo…

Ma perché con la nuova versione non si può più associare due account? Fino ad ieri su XS avevo oltre al mio account quello di mia mamma 87enne che non ha smartphone e non sa usare questi device. Lo gestivo io per poter accedere al fascicolo elettronico per medicine, ricette ed esami. Oggi ho fatto migrazione e sul nuovo telefono non date più la possibilità di collegare due account. Sapete quanti anziani mettete in difficoltà?
Stavate lavorando così bene, peccato che mi costringete a mettere una stella.
