Lots of ads. Often crashes. *2023-08-03* Good news source but distracting ads and frequent crashes make it iffy. ### 2/5 — Great site, frequently ads block ability to open the application. *2020-05-04* Poor integration of ad platform. Many days ads will not stop and no matter how long you wait, you can never even open the app. Makes app usable. ### 2/5 — Not as good as the Hebrew site *2020-03-05* Although the articles follow closely the Hebrew version (albeit with a noticeable time delay) the English version appears to be written by non-native speakers. The writing is often a very awkward word-for-word translation with misuse of words a commonplace occurrence. I understand the need to get the news out quickly but a little language oversight would add immensely to the utility of this app. ### 2/5 — Please remove audio ads! *2019-05-14* This used to be my number one go to for Israel news. The new update, however, has audio ads which are very disruptive. ### 2/5 — Battery Drain *2018-06-21* This app drains an iPhone battery so fast the phone heats up, 10-20% drain in a few minutes. ### 2/5 — Good stories, but lots of popups and clickbait *2018-03-01* App is buggy and annoying. Every so often, instead of loading a story it launches a popup, and when I close the popup, it fails to load the story. What it never fails to do is push the same digusting clickbait ads by taboola on every single page. It is annoying to the point of making me want to uninstall the app. I don’t mind ads, but taboola is the worst sleaze. Articles are very good but you cannot read the commentary even after scrolling to the bottom of the lengthy list of advertisements only to have it jump up to the beginning of the advertising AGAIN! You must think people are complete idiots and will tolerate this meshagas interference and attempts to control the speed of those interested in your articles and commentary. At this critical time for Israel, such nuisances easily drive people to other sites.
