I’ve tried many different types of group workouts over the years and Arvada Barre is by far my favorite. The instructors are incredible and the atmosphere is welcoming and fun. In addition to varied and challenging classes, the instructors focus on form,  ensuring safe and effective movement. I’m so thankful I found this community, 100/100!
