Finally, an app that does it all! I love being able to track my daily steps, workouts, and sleep quality in the same place I store my medical records. It makes it so easy to spot trends or share info with my doctor. Highly recommend!

This app has helped me see the entire picture of my health. Not only for wearables like my whoop or Apple Watch, but also for my health records from different hospitals. Now I can see everything without having to go to multiple apps and l it also has an AI layer that explains my health in plain language.
