Hope they add that in the future. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — New update (fix dark mode) *2026-06-30* Edit: (fix dark mode and it will be fine) currently can’t see anything while in dark mode. New update is missing so much. The old version was near perfect. It had an issue with a coupon that I created that never actually applied the correct discount. Now the app is unusable. Missing tab labels on each listing. It now lists listings by order number rather than when they were actually delivered. It’s horrible. I will update my review when these issues are addressed. Aryeo Go is currently terrible. Used this company for 2 years and only had a hand full of problems but this is utterly awful. ### 1/5 — new update is bad *2025-07-28* like most people who use this app, a big part of my business runs through it, previous to this recent update there were several crashes but all of the necessary info i'd need was available. its not anymore, the order sheet customers fill out is no longer there. also itd be super useful if i could add edit appointments from the app. ### 1/5 — Totally broken *2025-04-09* App freezes nonstop. Works fine on my laptop but not helpful when I’m on the road? ### 1/5 — New update very buggy *2023-07-17* Unfortunately I am reviewing because I’ve had a very poor experience with the new update, July 2023. I really loved the previous version of the app, it was super handy and intuitive. My favorite part was being able to view the final product/media that was delivered to the agents so that I new they were getting what I promised them. Now with the new update, theoretically you can view it but every time without fail, now over 10 times I have tried, I click the order that I have finished to view the photos and the app just turns completely blank. White screen. I have to clear the app and try again. Unfortunately I have not been able to view any of my orders after I’ve delivered them to the agent since the update. Please fix! Thank you ### 2/5 — Media Tab Gone *2026-06-30* I don’t know what happened with the new update but not being able to access the media is a huge inconvenience. Fix it. Stop changing things to make it better, when it makes it worse. ### 2/5 — Becomes unresponsive *2025-05-02* This app is essential to my daily life, but unfortunately, for myself and a few other team members the app repeatedly becomes unresponsive with the current version. It becomes unresponsive when switching between apps and back. Support hasn’t been able to figure it out and it’s the only app on my phone that suffers from this issue. It’s probably something related to the latest iOS 18 version that the developers haven’t corrected or identified but either way I’m forced to use the web version until this is resolved. ### 2/5 — Used to love it *2025-02-26* This app has been a vital part of our business and until recently we loved it! I love being able to schedule, reschedule appointments on the go! I updated my rating from 4 to 5 stars. Original: The only thing holding this app back is being able to create an order on the go. I don’t currently offer my clients a way to self book and need to do that myself. Having the option to do it via the app would be a game changer. ### 5/5 — THE BIG STUFF *2023-02-27* It can be a BIG 5 star if they can add client notes to the app so my photographers can see notes on the order page, lockbox info, ect instantly. Fixing the accuracy of the map integration for driving directions. ### 5/5 — Perfect companion for Aryeo users and clients. *2021-05-06* This app is a great, fast, mobile friendly way to lookup listings and get fast content from within Aryeo. Sharing this with clients allows them to login and quickly access their images and downloadable content and pay their bill from their phones as well as fast access to sharing property websites. Very nice that you receive a push notification when new properties have been delivered! ### 4/5 — It was a great app! *2024-02-25* Loved the ease of this app and it’s on the go functionality for me as a photographer to send clients their photos if I couldn’t get to my computer quick enough. Lately though, I can’t view any projects present or past. I can’t search for any listings, and no filtering helps. Wish this could get fixed or at least I could figure this out. **Developer response:** We apologize for the inconvenience! Having the option to do it via the app would be a game changer. ### 4/5 — It’s great but… *2022-04-18* I wish I could say that an order is paid outside of aryeo payment system such as venmo, cashapp, zelle through the app to give access clients access to the downloads. Everything else is great! ### 4/5 — Appointments/Confirmed tab *2022-01-20* This tab needs to have the listings listed the other direction. The way it is now I have to swipe to the bottom of my appointments to see tomorrow. It’d save time in app if we could see the next appointment at the top, instead of my furthest confirmed appointment on the calendar. Also need to be able to see notes for appointments in app, when working with teams using internal notes on appointments is crucial and as it is now we need use a web browser and the app if we want to be able to see what managers/customers are saying/asking for specifically.
