Missing Feature *2026-05-31, version 5.8.14* The app is great. It has most practical functionalities, but one VERY important feature is missing - the ability to include photo comments when you upload. I have 4 frames and I need to go to each frame and add the same comment like when and where the photo was taken. FRAMEO has this feature and it is awesome. Arzopa team, can you please add this to the app? It is very practical to have. Thank you ### 3/5 — Needs work *2026-05-05, version 5.7.13* Great potential. I like the ability to manage photos and settings from the app - it’s much better than other brands I’ve tried. However, the upload experience is very buggy, and I often find myself having to force close the app and reopen several times; sometimes once per photo. This is really frustrating considering it’s arguably the most important function. I know it’s not optimised for Mac, but I would also really appreciate the ability to drag files from Mac Finder directly into the app🙏 I don’t keep much media on my phone, so have to keep sending to my phone, uploading, then deleting. The app can be a little glitchy, needing a few tries to upload pictures, but the frame is pretty and the clarity of pictures is good! ### 2/5 — Great Frame; Horrible App *2026-03-08, version 5.5.14* App is often too sensitive when scrolling through photos when selecting photos to upload; it grabs a bunch of photos you didn’t want then you have to unselect them. The app however, doesn’t always work to upload photos to the device. While the fame is connected to the WiFi, the app says “still loading, make sure device is connected to the internet,” which it is. The app itself works about half the time. I’ve rebooted the device and my phone, but no luck. Don’t know what to do about this. However, it only lets me upload photos one by one and doesn’t let me add videos. My family tried downloading it by sharing the invite link and it keeps saying invalid. ### 2/5 — App doesn’t work? *2025-12-25, version 5.3.4* I downloaded the app, got to the part where you accept the terms and conditions and put your email in for a verification code.. when you click on “Send the verification code” it pops up with this message: “Network unavailable. Your network is not available. Check your network and then try again later.” Which is untrue, because I tried this with two different phones and one was on the WiFi and the other was just cellular data. Also the network is working fine because the frame itself has connected to the WiFi without issue. Which tells me it’s the APP that is the problem! I’m trying to set this up for my mother for her Christmas gift and this is VERY frustrating! We bought 3 frames last year and they all use the Frameo app - which works perfectly. It seems to be displaying a limited amount of photos only. Can’t get pass the registration on the app. Kept hitting sending code to register and I have the codes (multiple) but back on the app, where am I supposed to enter the code?! And on the digital frame, there’s a QR code that’s invalid?! How am I supposed to add pictures or bypass it without using the app. Unfortunately I’ll have to return this. Everytime you want to log in and add photos ask for codes. To add photos it’s highly sensitive while scrolling the album, I constantly have to deleted unwanted photos added, it’s not easy to delete added photos either, I use a lot of apps and this is the most complicated app I have ever used! Terrible! ### 1/5 — Seems like Fraud *2025-05-12, version 4.2.9* Arzopa digital frames using the ‘Frameo’ app work fine. Arzopa frames using this Arzopa app have been awful to deal with. NONE of the QR codes work for us. Not even the ‘support’ QR code! I can’t call the number. It’s not an operable number. Then I go to the website and find an email. The email was undeliverable!! Seems like a scam. The frames with the Frameo app were great! I export them on a good quality but on a web quality, ( less than 1mb) so it make easy to upload but also, this is not a 4 k device nor so big to do other way. I learn how to export them, put it on the “photos” folder so I can upload from my Mac. Maybe on a future update they can make it possible to update browsing the computer itself, in order to avoid that extra step I am doing. ### 5/5 — My picture frame *2026-03-28, version 5.6.14* I’ve been using an Arzopa portable monitor and honestly it’s been a great addition to my setup. The screen quality is surprisingly sharp with vibrant colours, making it perfect for both work and streaming. It’s lightweight and super easy to carry around, which makes it ideal for travel or working on the go. Setup was quick — literally plug-and-play with USB-C, and it worked straight away with my laptop. The build quality feels solid, and the slim design looks clean and modern. The built-in speakers are decent for casual use, but I’d still recommend headphones or external speakers for better sound. Overall, for the price point, it’s excellent value and does exactly what it promises.
