I just downloaded this app and can’t get past the language screen. ASG/Department of Health this is a total waste of money on a website that doesn’t work and causes an inconvenience for the people. Data House cannot create a website that works, and ASG can’t create a website that has all the departments (DOH, Customs, Attorney General, etc.) so the people of American Samoa or travelers don’t have to stress filling out the same information on travel declaration, manually fill out a customs form, and also get on a different website to complete entry forms on the Attorney General’s website. What an INCONVENIENCE!!! Get rid of this website and stop wasting money on Data House!!!

This app is broken in so many components; especially if you’re just trying to sign in or register. Even the “Add to Apple Wallet” button is broken and was never a button because when you click on it in this app it gets stuck in an endless loading loop, but if you try to click it on the website version, nothing happens because it’s not a button. It’s an image element that was put there to look like they did anything when making this app. Even the image upload feature is broken and tries to restrict the image file type when it should accept all mobile phone image formats.

I just downloaded this app and can’t get past the language screen. If it doesn’t work, I don’t know why we’re required to get on the app and fill out some questions just to gain entry to American Samoa. Such an inconvenience. From the Covid years to now, what 4 years? And you can’t even get this right. Disappointed.
