Roles & Permissions
Customize role-based access from the User Role section. Copy a standard role to create your own, or build a custom role from scratch. Each area of OMNI clearly shows what's enabled or disabled.

Skip Inspection
You can now bypass an inspection when appropriate, with a reason captured for your records. (Available on request.)

Autosave Inspections
In-progress inspection data now saves automatically at regular intervals, so your work is protected. You can still tap Save anytime. (Available on request.)

Consolidated Report Improvements
- Passing results now display a clear green Pass status, so they're easy to spot at a glance.
- Sent reports now automatically include a PDF copy in the email, with downloadable image thumbnails and video links.

Data Import
Import your data directly instead of entering it by hand. OMNI automatically maps your file's column headers to the correct fields, updates existing products, creates new ones, and flags any errors on screen so they're easy to fix.
