HOW TO USE THE APP & SUBSCRIPTIONS
The download of Asana Rebel is free. Get all available workouts within the app as part of the monthly subscription. If you opt for the subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country which is displayed in the app. The subscription will be renewed automatically if it is not canceled within at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your iTunes account will be charged for each new term within 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current subscription. The current term of In-App subscriptions cannot be canceled. You can disable the automatic renewal via the iTunes account settings at any time.

Hello! I love this app. However, it’s puzzling to me when I see your advertisement on Instagram. The workouts all look new. I’m constantly checking to make sure I have the latest version of the app. However, I do not see new workouts, especially the ones that are advertised. Where would I find those?

Super dissatisfied with app, a lot of features just don’t work like playing your own music for workouts. Additionally many of the videos are not synced well with Audio, the audio is a good 10sec ahead of what the person in the video is doing.

Much better apps out there, and no refunds once paid on this platform even though they never invest in new content. After a while you have exhausted what is on the platform. Better to find a local health club that offers more.

I cancelled my Asana Rebel subscription, but I have nevertheless been charged £54 for a subscription renewal.

As I had already cancelled the subscription before this charge was made, I would like to request a full refund of the £54 and confirmation that my subscription is now cancelled and will not renew again.

Please could you look into this and process the refund to my original payment method?

Dear Customer Support Team,

I am writing to formally dispute recurring charges for an application that I purchased only once and cancelled afterward. I no longer use this app, and it does not appear in my list of active subscriptions or apps; however, I continue to be charged every year without my authorization.

I reported this issue last year, but despite my previous complaint, I was charged again this year. I did not authorize this renewal, and I request an immediate investigation into why these charges continue to occur.

I am requesting a full refund for the charge that was recently made to my account, as this renewal was not authorized and the cancellation had already been requested previously. I also request that you immediately cancel any existing subscription associated with my account, ensure that no future charges will be processed, and provide written confirmation that this issue has been resolved.

I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and confirmation once the refund and cancellation have been completed.
