I love this app. However, it’s puzzling to me when I see your advertisement on Instagram. The workouts all look new. I’m constantly checking to make sure I have the latest version of the app. However, I do not see new workouts, especially the ones that are advertised. Where would I find those? ### 2/5 — Poorly laid out app, not easy to navigate and does not sync with Apple Watch well *2026-08-18, version 26.2.0* Super dissatisfied with app, a lot of features just don’t work like playing your own music for workouts. As I had already cancelled the subscription before this charge was made, I would like to request a full refund of the £54 and confirmation that my subscription is now cancelled and will not renew again. Since it was an annual I was able to use the remaining months that I had paid for. I was just charged again for another annual subscription. When I go to the app it shows that I do not currently have a membership. There is a button that says cancel anytime however the hyperlink doesn’t work. Likely because i don’t have an active subscription. There is no way to contact anyone directly. I googled how to cancel. Found several landing pages that went nowhere. Eventually came across two separate emails tied to the company. I sent an email to both explaining the situation. I get back well we don’t see an active membership on our end. Check the app, check google play, check PayPal and lastly check your apple subscriptions. It was none of these mind you, needless to say no accountability so now I’m dealing with my bank. Just beware if you’re considering signing up there may be recurring charges that show up unauthorized. ### 4/5 — Good Yoga Program *2026-04-21, version 26.0.3* It would rate 5 stars but there are issues when it communicates with my apple health. The calories and work out time do not match what Asana Rebel claims. Now? Not so much. Why are there no new workouts? What would you say our $71.99 pays for? Do you plan on releasing any new workouts soon? How about a new challenge set? Beyond that, why can’t a track what I’ve done so that I can avoid repeating workouts over and over again? The lack of new content is frustrating, I’m afraid this will be my final subscription period unless this app makes significant improvements. ### 1/5 — Took £102.99 for a renewal and refuse to refund *2026-03-31, version 26.0.3* Check out trust pilot before taking out a trial of this app. Lot of very unhappy people who are being refused a refund as it’s not Asana’s policy. Their policy is to say they sent out a reminder (they do NOT) charge you for a further year you can’t use and refuse a refund. Avoid ### 1/5 — Scam Recharge *2026-03-25, version 26.0.3* Zero stars My best advice is: Do not download app! Do not give them any type of credit card information-unless you want to be charged for the rest of your life. Seriously! I Canceled my membership a full year ago. Today out of the blue they charged me again. Even though I have not used the app in 365 days & I have a confirmation of it being canceled. No help via customer serviced either. There is No customer phone number to call -just an email from a bot saying ‘our subscription is clear-you will be charged’. I am SURE they can see that: 1) I cancelled the membership 1 year ago 2)There has been NO activity on this app. It is an utter theft of your money. ### 1/5 — Nope *2026-03-22, version 26.0.3* App is glitchy and very suspicious. I have stopped using the app because the content was rarely updated and was focused more on lifestyle than yoga. I had thought that I had cancelled my subscription as I was unable to use it. To my surprise, it automatically renewed. I complained and pointed out that I have not used it for a very long time and had not received an email to say it was being renewed. Customer service team rebuffed me continually. Even when I pointed out that I could get six months free as a new Subscriber. I have never received such poor customer service, particularly after being such a long-standing customer. I would not recommend this app because it looks expensive and there are now better options available. Shame on your Asana Rebel customer service. I no longer use this app, and it does not appear in my list of active subscriptions or apps; however, I continue to be charged every year without my authorization. I reported this issue last year, but despite my previous complaint, I was charged again this year. I did not authorize this renewal, and I request an immediate investigation into why these charges continue to occur. I am requesting a full refund for the charge that was recently made to my account, as this renewal was not authorized and the cancellation had already been requested previously. I also request that you immediately cancel any existing subscription associated with my account, ensure that no future charges will be processed, and provide written confirmation that this issue has been resolved. Emailed them today having noticed the debit and went on the app. Answered a few questions and nothing else.
