## What is ASAP Towing & Storage?

ASAP Towing has been Jacksonville, Florida's trusted, family-owned towing company for years, running 30+ trucks out of six locations across the area — Downtown, Westside (103rd St.), Southside (Shad Rd.), Jacksonville Beach, and St. Augustine. We're on call 24/7, every day of the year.

WHAT WE DO
• Local Towing — fast, reliable towing for cars, trucks, and everyday roadside needs
• Heavy Truck Towing — 24hr towing for semis, work trucks, buses, and RVs along I-95 & I-10
• Heavy Recovery — I-95 heavy recovery service from Daytona to Savannah
• Heavy Hauling — equipment and container transport, including port delivery

WHAT THE APP DOES
• Request a tow in minutes — enter your vehicle, pickup/drop-off details, and photos, and we dispatch a driver
• Track your request's status in real time, from call received through job complete
• Look up an existing tow by job ID and add it to your list to keep watching its progress
• Browse our vehicle auctions and upcoming auction dates across all locations
• Get push notifications for dispatch updates and auction alerts
• One tap to call our 24/7 dispatch line

Whether you need a tow right now or want to keep an eye on one already in progress, the ASAP Towing app keeps you connected to dispatch and your local Jacksonville-area towing team.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 26.9.28 — 2026-09-29

This build adds in-app messaging:
- Tow request cards now have a "Message Dispatch" button to chat about that specific tow.
- A new "Chat with ASAP Towing" option (Inbox tab) for general questions like auctions.
- Each alert in the Inbox now has a "Reply" button to ask about that specific alert.
- First message asks for your name/phone so dispatch can respond — editable any time from the chat screen.

Please test: sending a message on each of the three chat types, editing your saved name/phone, and receiving a push notification reply (requires a real device — simulators can't register for push).
