I have waited on hold to speak with customer support for hours and have not been helped at all. Today, the rep told me I am not the only person who has called with this problem but when I asked for a solution she said she had no idea how to fix it. Seriously. So I cancelled my subscription. I really wanted hardcopy delivery, but after signing up and being assured I would get my paper, I’m angry and I’ve given up. Never received one copy in the three tries to subscribe! Then, they don’t want to refund any money under $10. I will never give them another cent. The only reason I get digital copy is because a friend of mine had an offer to give a digital subscription to a friend. It would be nice if they checked to see if they had a delivery person in the area before they sign people up! If that was the problem- Nobody seemed to know and they definitely didn’t care. It's very annoying to read a previous day's paper, not finish, and then restart and have the app try to force me to open the current issue. The header bar for the entire section gets selected with the puzzle causing the actual puzzle to be about 50% of actual size. ### 4/5 — Great service! *2023-07-05* What a pleasure always knowing I can read my paper every day especially in bad weather. So much better than paper delivery which could be unreliable at times. Also I can enlarge the fonts on my iPad to make it easier to read. And it’s half the price of paper delivery! A win-win all around! The one annoying factor is at times, the app doesn’t recognize me. I have to call tech support. Hunting and jumping around from article to article left me frustrated, until I discovered the Print Edition. Wow! Reading my Asbury Park Press on my iPad in the exact layout of the paper one is awesome, and now I actually prefer it. Jumping around electronically is much easier than manual page flipping, and sharing articles is a snap. No more scissors, copying, and mailing articles to friends and family. The only thing I miss in the Sunday paper is the coupons.
