This app is super simple to use and links everything- my workouts, nutrition, and oura ring seamlessly. I’ve been able to lose 20 lbs and have never looked/felt better. The AI is also very useful for being a beginner. It gives me workouts, recipes, and logs my food by pictures. So much to do with the free version but having the AI for $9.99 a month is definitely worth it!!!
