Yes, customizable, but one has to go several levels in just to get basic information. I switched because I was getting charged all of these hidden fees. I went to Guilford savings bank and sat with my good friends mother and she told me that’s not how they did things there. I’ve been a loyal customer ever since and told many people about my positive experience Yesterday I found out that I’ve been getting a $20 monthly charge for a number of years that I was not aware of. I think that’s it absolute crap. I’m a public school teacher and I scraped to make ends meet. I will switch banks if the fee is not reimbursed. Good banking should be how you treat your friends. They give you this comfort every time you walk in which is important to me. Everyone works so hard for there money and I trust this bank. The customers service is over the top. In the summer they got the A/C cranking and being a landscaper well I sure do appreciate that.
