After using the app, I’ve built a solid routine and been able to stay consistent with my life I used to slack off and not be able to give myself motivation to do anything but this app kept me accountable and was motivating to check off my tasks and goals as I went on my day to day basis. the ai coach really helped out with telling me what i should do to improve.
