After my clients signed the SOA forms, it did not send me any notifications. This app is not user-friendly at all. ### 1/5 — Update *2021-05-20, version 2021.03.57* How does the update work? I love the app I just wish it wasn’t so unreliable ### 2/5 — Great...when it works *2020-12-01, version 2020.09.51* The Ascend App will let you enroll your client and allow the agent to do the Value Based Enrollment with Health Risk Assessment to get paid extra. However, it’s extremely difficult to use when it doesn’t save login info, which is usually the case. You have to manually type your email address (for user name), even if it populates. Also, don’t use a special character that has to use upper case to get to, like an exclamation point. Then there’s the constant lockouts where the Ascend help desk has to send a link to reset the password and during AEP you really don’t have time for such things.
