Super simple and easy to use!!

### 5/5 — Easy way to track symptoms!

*2020-12-12, version 1.1.0*

I love this app because of how easy it is to track my symptoms! It also gives me a sense of control over my mental illness during this stage where I’m seeking out more help because I can pull out my phone and track/write about how I’m feeling. I think this is a great way to discover more about the patterns of my symptoms, which will help me when I begin therapy.

### 5/5 — I can finally track my daily emotions!

*2020-11-09, version 1.0.3*

I loved being able to track how many times during the day I was feeling the emotion I was feeling. It tracks where you were when you press the button telling you are either stressed, anxious, or etc. You also have the option to write down anything that was going on during the event, which is a great way to remember any triggers and to become better at controlling/helping your emotional and mental well-being. 5 out of 5!
