I’ve called SmartHealth multiple times, my ID cards are not populating in the App. No one has been able to help me. This system is the absolute WORST for service and issue resolution. I’ve been given the run around on ALL phone calls. I connect with folks who have ZERO clue how to help me while their pets are barking in the background. I am never covered on anything and the annual deductible is way too high. I am a nursing assistant that is paid minimum wage amounts. No preventative care is taken into consideration. Left 8 messages and not one single reply! Speaking to a live person is not an option. ### 1/5 — ID card *2024-07-09* Never can get my ID card loaded onto the app. And when you opt out of getting a physical card because your supposed to have an electronic one on the “Smart Health” app. Well let’s just say this app isn’t too smart. I never get a card uploaded from the insurance. Terrible insurance app iv ever had. ### 1/5 — Not helpful *2024-07-09* Half the time doesn’t work at all. Just a blank screen when logging in. Dependents have given me access multiple times but still says I don’t have access to see their claims. Trying to use drug finder for PBM doesn’t work either, again just an almost blank screen after I log in.
