Probably more on the apartment manager’s part but so far - on the very 1st day, I am absolutely NOT liking this system. ### 1/5 — Failed *2021-03-16, version 1.1* This application was fairly functional until there was a “app” fix. 50% of the app is not working. There is so much potential but no help. ### 2/5 — Horrific *2021-03-12, version 1.1* This is the worst application i have ever experienced. It makes me Login every single time. It does not remember my login when I start typing (even username). The login crashes most of the time such that i have to enter my login 3x while someone waits at the gate. Terrible!!! ### 1/5 — Terrible app! Worst apartment app ever! *2020-12-22, version 1.1* This app is terrible and shouldn’t be used. It crashes weekly. If your phone bill isn’t payed it it doesn’t work. It only works if your data plan is current. ### 1/5 — Lots to work on *2020-11-24, version 1.1* Crashes and kicks me out CONSTANTLY requiring me to put in password every time! ### 1/5 — Terrible. *2020-11-21, version 1.1* This app is so lazily designed, it’s astounding. From top to bottom, the way this app performs screams, “I hired my 15 year old ‘programmer’ nephew to design this for me!!!” It used to allow you to save your user ID and password, but their most recent update must have erased that function. Great work at creating a terrible product. I hope awful is what you guys were going for, because, if so, I’d say you achieved it. ### 1/5 — Unfriendly user interface *2020-11-18, version 1.1* I downloaded this app when the neighborhood put up a security gate. As a homeowner, this app was supposed to allow me to open the gate from a distance to allow workmen, etc. access to the property as well as allow me to open the gate on my approach so that I would not have to come to a stop each time I entered or exited the neighborhood. It does neither. The app requires a log in of my username and password EVERY time I use it. There is no “save” option so that I can access controls immediately. It’s unusable when I am driving because of the need to text in log in information, and the app does not allow me to open the gate for workmen scheduled for repairs. I have to drive down to the gate to let them in. Definitely do not recommend this app. ### 2/5 — Ridiculously bad functionality *2020-11-06, version 1.1* Where do I start.? When the app is working correctly the layout is clunky, photos are unusable and cannot be downloaded. No faceID login so I need to go type in login info just to open the gate and most of the time I have limited functionality (no photos, no history-only open/close).
