## What is Ascentia?

Help for condominiums associations management to get in touch with co-owners, tenants, administrators and Staff.

1/ Co-owners, tenants : requests services like fob orders, repairs, intercom, complaints, chat with the community of their residence, information and communication, agenda, moving requests.

2/ Board (syndicate of co-owners) : volunteer of administrators. (external link to their cloud : financial statement, reports, invoices,)

3/ Staff: external link for tasks of janitors, superintendent.
