Everyone of my coworkers are able to see the “pay” tab, but I can not, I’ve re-installed the app many times and tried to update. Which is a lot better than most out in the field. However, it doesn’t remember my login (not even just username) or allow Face ID/fingerprint for authentication. Not sure if this is an administrator option or the app is not fully setup to do this. It didn’t impact my rating. I often begin opening it 3 minutes ahead of time to give it time and still end up clocking in late. It’s not fair to have my time docked or my supervisor frustrated because there’s always an adjustment to be made because of its lack of reliability. I’ve tried with and without WiFi. ### 1/5 — One of the worst apps utilized for timekeeping. *2021-05-25* This app has so many problems when just simply trying to punch in/out for shifts. The main issue is that it NEVER loads your GPS location to allow for tracking but instead just continues to display the loading symbol indefinitely. I have had to delete and reinstall this app at least over 30 numerous times already just to try and attempt for it to work. ### 1/5 — Worst App for Field Employees *2021-04-08, version 21.3.0* The app won’t work. You have to delete it and re install to clock in. It freezes and crashes all the time. As a manager, I can view employee records and I receive notifications that allow me to review/approve PTO requests on the fly.
