App does nothing but freeze and crash, speak to the Ascora team who try to fix it and then hear nothing back from them.

App constantly crashes after every job submitted. 
Deleted work notes when crashing halfway through. 
Freezes and glitches consistently. 
Phone is fully updated, as is the app yet the same issues occur.

Amazing application and app. We use Ascora across multiple franchises and business all over Australia. Exceptional support team based here in Australia. Simplifies so many tasks and ensures accurate job costings. A must have for any trade business.

We have used ascora for over a couple of years now and it has helped us get on top of our management and costings. They constantly update the app with new features regularly and they truly listen to your feedback and implement it into the software. Since we started all the issues we had with the app have been implemented or fixed.

We’ve been using ASCORA for a number of years now and love it. The app is so easy to use and can be easily picked up without any formal training (we did it!!). It integrates with our accountancy package making invoicing and paying wages a breeze. The technical support team actual listen and deal with any issues you have and even call you back. Such a great package without the huge price tag.

The best job and project management tool going around and (as long as you know what you’re doing) it can be customised so so much that it will suit just about every business model! I’ve worked with a handful of pretty clever tools over the last 6 years but nothing matches this one. Constantly evolving and improving with a great team behind the code. Well done and thank you!
