大阪市のチラシで見つけてチャレンジしました。期間限定であることや、子育て世代だと無料でできることなど、実施しやすい環境であったのも確かですが、禁煙してからの日や本数、自分で設定した宣言書など見返せて便利でした。

しかも特にストレスは無く、ビデオ通話面談で時短にもなります。
禁煙カレンダーもあるし管理には困りません。
あとは禁煙に関する知識ビデオみたいなのがあり、暇潰しに見てましたが良かったと思います。
