I’ve only downloaded this app to modify my spending limit as I can’t work out how to do this online - the FAQs direct me to a page in my account that doesn’t seem to exist. I can’t even log into the app as it claims I don’t have an Asda Mobile number.

Really bad. Impossible to navigate . Impossible to see what our account is doing. Impossible to find information no not fixations of payment fails. Customer service dont understand the product. Bad all round.

As somebody who’s been with Asda mobile since 2016 I know what I’m talking about They were really good back in the day when they were under EE network but since they switched to Vodafone in 2021 they have just kept getting worse over the years customer support is terrible Sounds like they all live in the Philippines they have terrible connection and call quality and don’t know how to resolve issues this app is buggy as hell multiple times they’ve took payment when I’ve set up a new monthly bundle, but the bundle doesn’t get added to my account so prepared to ring customer service every month to get your bundle resolved and God forbid your bank doesn’t stop the automatic payment because it will send the app and your account into a frenzy and you guessed it, you’ll need to ring customer Support I’ve just switched to GiffGaff good riddance Asda mobile you’ve lost a loyal customer

Impossible to log into.  It took my money but then didn’t recognise the mobile number they had sent me. Avoid. Giffgaff is far easier

Got my sim this morning and downloaded the app and registered straight away. I’ve been trying to log into the app for hours now, even spoke to customer services who couldn’t help (they couldn’t even tell me what date the direct debit was set for) and told me to reset my password. Tried that, tried reinstalling the app and everything else I can think of in between and it still won’t let me log in. Beginning to think this was a huge mistake…

I’d give this zero stars if I could but I can’t so I’m stuck with 1. The app has one job and it cannot do it. Whoever made this should be looking for alternative work.

I cannot register an account so I cannot login top up or manage any kind of bills. You had one job I would ask why can’t you do it properly but you fail to do it at all.
