What kind of bs is this. ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-06-13, version 1.2* No way to cancel ### 1/5 — DONT DO IT! *2025-06-09, version 1.2* The app is mediocre. Macros are not custom and they are very inconsistent and contradicting. The worst part is once you cancel, they keep debiting! They literally do not honor your cancellation request. It says it may take up to four weeks, but that’s a lie. It’s been over three months and after not hearing back after multiple attempts the only way was to contact the bank and have them resolve. STAY AWAY ### 1/5 — Do not get this app *2025-02-28, version 1.2* If you sign up for this app, you will not be able to cancel your subscription. Only way to do it is by sending a messaged on the app and you will never get a response. And if you’re looking to make any changes within the app, only way that’ll happen is if you send an email and you won’t still won’t get any response no matter how many you send. Save your time and money and go look for something else. ### 1/5 — Cancellation *2025-01-07, version 1.2* I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription forever. I’ve sent out multiple emails and nothing. Don’t use this app. ### 1/5 — SCAM *2024-12-31, version 1.2* I’ve tried to cancel my account multiple times and it still being charged scam. Do not do this. ### 1/5 — Money Steal *2024-07-25, version 1.2* I have followed Aseel for some time now and a few months back decided to try the meal plan as it claimed to be custom and geared towards a specific body style and activity schedule. However this is very far from the truth as none of the meals or workouts are custom and seemed to just be put in from a list of generic meals. Also, once the account is created it cannot be deleted. If you’re going to buy this, do it with a visa gift card or some sort of card that has limited funds as once it starts the only way to stop it is to not have enough funds. I have tried contacting support multiple times with no response and have no way of stopping the payments without cancelling my credit card. This is a waste of money as all the info can be found on youtube or other sites just easily. If you’re going to try it, be careful. ### 1/5 — Continues to charge account after cancellation! *2024-05-20, version 1.2* This could be a good resource if there was a way out. I messaged multiple times now to cancel and delete my account, but continue to get charged weekly with no response! There other reviews with the exact same issue. ### 1/5 — Cannot cancel account *2024-03-01, version 1.2* There is no option to cancel the account. All they say is to email there support team to cancel. I have emailed them 3 times and they still have not responded and they charged me for the month of February. No one on the support team is reaching back out. I don’t see why there is no option on the app or website. PLEASE CANCEL MY ACCOUNT ### 1/5 — Be careful *2023-12-18* Be careful guys once you set subscription it’s very difficult to cancel this. There is no option in app or website.
