I decided to try the app last year then decided I wanted to cancel. It occured to me while using the app that it appeared as though the meals/macros given were not custom. I emailed in to cancel. No response. I followed up. No response. Fortunately, around the same month I decided to cancel my subscription was the same month that the card that I had used to pay was due to expire. That was the only way for the payments to stop and have my subscription canceled. If you want to try his app, I recommend using a visa gift card & just reloading it as you go if you do end up liking the services. If you want to cancel, just stop reloading the giftcard & your subscription will automatically stop since no money is available ### 1/5 — Scammer, be aware *2023-09-05* This guy says money back if you are not satisfied, conveniently they don’t respond to your emails. Furthermore, there is no way to unsubscribe from plan be it on the app or on the website (and they don’t respond to your emails), you’re stuck paying untill you contact your bank. Asked to end my membership and no response continues to debit from my account. Support is non existent so you’re left with a recurring charge forever. Don’t sign up in the first place otherwise you’ll literally have no way to stop it. Beware Also the app is just aseel not wearing clothes, literally on every screen. Not family friendly and a gross vibe every time I open it. I think he made it for himself. Macros are not custom and they are very inconsistent and contradicting. The worst part is once you cancel, they keep debiting! They literally do not honor your cancellation request. It says it may take up to four weeks, but that’s a lie. It’s been over three months and after not hearing back after multiple attempts the only way was to contact the bank and have them resolve. STAY AWAY ### 1/5 — Do not get this app *2025-02-28, version 1.2* If you sign up for this app, you will not be able to cancel your subscription. Only way to do it is by sending a messaged on the app and you will never get a response. And if you’re looking to make any changes within the app, only way that’ll happen is if you send an email and you won’t still won’t get any response no matter how many you send. Do not do this. ### 1/5 — Money Steal *2024-07-25, version 1.2* I have followed Aseel for some time now and a few months back decided to try the meal plan as it claimed to be custom and geared towards a specific body style and activity schedule. However this is very far from the truth as none of the meals or workouts are custom and seemed to just be put in from a list of generic meals. Also, once the account is created it cannot be deleted. If you’re going to buy this, do it with a visa gift card or some sort of card that has limited funds as once it starts the only way to stop it is to not have enough funds. I have tried contacting support multiple times with no response and have no way of stopping the payments without cancelling my credit card. This is a waste of money as all the info can be found on youtube or other sites just easily. I messaged multiple times now to cancel and delete my account, but continue to get charged weekly with no response! All they say is to email there support team to cancel. I have emailed them 3 times and they still have not responded and they charged me for the month of February. No one on the support team is reaching back out. I don’t see why there is no option on the app or website.
