### 1/5 — Winter Modus geht nicht korrekt

Hallo, leider antwortet der Support per Mail gar nicht. Absolut schlechter Service. Daher hier die Frage warum im Wintermodus eine eingestellte Laufzeit der Pumpe obwohl sie angezeigt wird nicht funktioniert. Der Wintermodus funktioniert nur wenn Außentemperatur unter 0 und Wassertemperatur unter 4 grad. Aber eigentlich sollte die Pumpe wenn ich eine Filterzeit einstelle doch auch so mal anspringen…deutsche Fassung geht auch immer noch nicht

Leider kann ich nicht mehr auf meinen Pooltechnik zugreifen nach dem App sich aktualisiert hat. Sehr enttäuschend

### 1/5 — Why do yo make an update which makes the update even worse??

I dont understand that kind of updates. It is now even worse than before.

- no german language anymore (why???, is that so hard to embedd german language)

- why is the ph tracker and chlor tracker not on the starting screen anymore???? So i HAVE to switch always between two apps, which i didnt need before

If these things are updated I might give more stars.

the German language will be available in January together with French and Czech.

It is necessary to pair your dosing unit to the REMOTE app (settings>connect asin aqua unit) to see the measured values in the Remote app.
