FOR EVENT STAFF
• Scan a patron's passport QR code with your phone's camera
• Instantly confirm whether a pass is valid and assigned to a registered patron
• Select the event you're scanning for, then start scanning in one tap
• Verify each attendee with a one-time code sent to the patron by WhatsApp or SMS
• See a patron's full profile and entry status on the spot

FOR ADMINISTRATORS
• Browse and search the full patron list by name, passport ID, or phone
• Create new patrons on the go and issue their festival passport
• View patron details and correct information when needed
• Manage access with role-based sign-in for your team
